UBY - COLOR - N°2 - Côtes de Gascogne, vin blanc sec délicat

Tasting notes

Dry Sweet

Mineral Fruity

Notes of white flowers and white fruits, such as peach and pear.
The palate is fresh, supple and delicate, with a nice length on the palate.

Vineyard

On the hillsides of Gascony (South-West), our vines benefit from a privileged terroir made of sandy-loamy and clay-limestone soils, water and sun.
Before harvest, the grapes are checked and tasted. This control ensures the quality of the berries and determines the optimal harvest time based on their aromatic maturity. The grapes are then harvested at night, during the coolest hours, in order to preserve their quality.

Winemaking

The wine is obtained by gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperature and aging on fine lees.
Tasted at each stage to ensure their quality, the wines are then assembled according to their aromatic profile in order to offer, each year, the same profiles in terms of aromas, freshness and structure.
